1. Delivery Areas:

• We deliver to areas in Madurai & Coimbatore.

2. Delivery Times:

• Our standard delivery times are Monday to Sunday, 10am to 11am in the morning & 4:30pm to 5pm in the evening.
• Note - Timings may differ according to circumstances.

3. Delivery Methods:

• We use our own delivery vehicles & persons for delivery.

4. Delivery Charges:

• Our delivery charges are applied if needed during the regular billing.

5. Minimum Order Requirements:

• We have a minimum order requirement of 500ml.

6. Order Cut-Off Times:

• Orders must be placed by at least a day before.

7. Delivery Tracking:

• We provide tracking information for all deliveries through our Mobile App or QR delivery code.

8. Failed Delivery Attempts:

• If we are unable to deliver an order due to special circumstances, we will share the information prior.

9. Damaged or Missing Items:

• If an order is missing or the product received is damaged, please contact us anytime.
